Acceptance of Terms
Massnet WIFI Internet Access is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be revised, modified, or updated at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, you must not use Massnet WIFI services. By accessing, purchasing, or using any Massnet WIFI voucher code or internet service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Products and Services
Massnet WIFI provides prepaid internet access through voucher codes with the following service packages:

The advertised speed is the maximum attainable speed under ideal network conditions. Actual internet speed and performance may vary depending on network traffic, device capability, signal strength, weather conditions, and other factors beyond Massnet WIFI’s control. Voucher validity begins upon successful activation and shall expire once the allocated access duration has been consumed or has elapsed. Massnet WIFI reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or introduce new products, pricing, speeds, and service packages at any time without prior notice.
Your Obligation
You agree that you will not use this service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purpose and will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and government requirements.
- Do not impair, disrupt, or compromise network performance.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or device.
- Do not distribute malicious software, viruses, spam, or harmful content.
- Do not engage in activities that negatively affect other users of the service.
Voucher Code
You are responsible for keeping your voucher code confidential at all times. If you permit any other person to use your voucher code, you shall remain fully responsible for that person’s use of the service and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Massnet WIFI shall not be liable for any loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, or sharing of voucher codes. Lost, stolen, damaged, or disclosed voucher codes are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
Availability of the Service
Massnet WIFI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We do not warrant that the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses, malware, or software defects. We shall not be liable for any service interruption, degradation, suspension, maintenance activity, equipment failure, power outage, network congestion, or termination of access to the service.
Information on the Internet
Massnet WIFI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, validity, or quality of any information, content, products, or services available on the internet. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of any information obtained through internet access.
Security
Massnet WIFI cannot guarantee the security of the internet or any data transmitted through the service. Your access and use of the service are entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is protected by antivirus software and firewalls, and that your usernames, passwords, and security credentials remain confidential.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massnet WIFI excludes liability for any losses or damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive (including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, software corruption, device damage, service interruptions, or security incidents). Nothing in these Terms shall affect rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
Massnet WIFI respects your privacy and will not intentionally collect personal information without your consent, except as required to provide, secure, and manage the service. Upon connecting to the WIFI service, Massnet WIFI may collect and process technical information including:
- Device MAC Address
- IP Address
- Device Type
- Browser Type
- Operating System Information
- Connection Logs
- Authentication Records
- Network Usage Statistics
Such information may be used for user authentication, service delivery, network administration, security monitoring, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and support, and legal compliance. Massnet WIFI is not responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, or processing of personal information by third-party websites accessed through the internet.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure a reliable and equitable experience for all users, Massnet WIFI reserves the right to implement bandwidth management, speed control, connection limitations, usage thresholds, or traffic prioritization measures whenever necessary. Users who engage in excessive, abusive, or disruptive usage may have their access restricted, suspended, or terminated without refund.
Suspension and Termination of Services
If we believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, violated applicable laws, or engaged in activities that threaten the integrity, security, or operation of the network, we may immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service without prior notice. Massnet WIFI will cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and court orders requesting information related to users who may have violated applicable laws or these Terms and Conditions.
Release and Indemnity
By using Massnet WIFI, you release and discharge Massnet WIFI, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability relating to defamatory, offensive, illegal, infringing, or objectionable materials accessed through the internet. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Massnet WIFI and its related parties from any loss, damage, liability, claim, action, charge, expense, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massnet WIFI provides the service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis and makes no representations or warranties—express or implied—regarding availability, reliability, speed, performance, compatibility, security, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from interruptions, errors, malware, or harmful components.
